JobsiteAI is a product of Axiomare AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Albuquerque, NM. We provide an AI-powered SMS and voice receptionist service for home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping).

When you interact with our service via phone call or text message, we collect:
- Contact information: Your name, phone number, and service address
- Service details: The type of service you need, preferred appointment times
- Communication records: Transcripts of SMS conversations and voice calls for service quality
- Appointment data: Booking dates, times, and service history
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and manage your service appointments
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS
- To connect you with the appropriate service provider
- To improve our AI assistant's accuracy and service quality
Information Sharing
We share your information only with:
- The service contractor you are booking with (they need your details to perform the service)
- Our technology providers (Telnyx for voice/SMS, Google for calendar) as necessary to deliver the service
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our service. SMS conversation history is automatically deleted after 24 hours. Booking records are retained for the contractor's business records.
