By using the JobsiteAI service ("Service"), operated by Axiomare AI LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
JobsiteAI is an AI-powered appointment scheduling assistant that helps customers book service appointments with home service businesses via phone calls and text messages. The Service is provided to end customers on behalf of subscribing contractors.
Use of Service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking appointments
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose of scheduling service appointments
- Not attempt to abuse, manipulate, or interfere with the AI assistant
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Appointment Booking
- Appointments are subject to availability and the contractor's schedule
- The AI assistant will confirm appointment details before finalizing
- You may reschedule or cancel by calling or texting the same number
- The contractor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments
SMS and Voice Communications
- By texting or calling our service number, you consent to receive automated responses
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions
- Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP

AI Disclaimer
Our service uses artificial intelligence to assist with appointment scheduling. While we strive for accuracy:
- The AI may occasionally misunderstand requests
- All appointment details should be verified in your confirmation message
- The AI cannot provide technical advice, diagnoses, or price guarantees
- For complex requests, you may ask to be connected with the contractor directly
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." Axiomare AI LLC is not liable for:
- Missed or incorrect appointments due to AI errors
- Service quality or performance by the subscribing contractor
- SMS delivery failures or carrier-related issues
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
